Maintaing a Bamboo floor

Use doormats to help prevent sand and dust entering building.
Keep the floor clean. Vacuum and sweep on a regular basis
Floors can be polished every few years to keep a high gloss finish.
Nylon or Felt Pads on the bottom of furniture legs will prevent scratching when dragged across the floor.
Ensure pets nails are kept clipped.
When using area rugs move them occasionally to prevent uneven fading in high UV areas.
Avoid walking on floor with high heels or very hard sole shoes.
If large spills occur clean it up immediately with a dry cloth or slightly damp mop.
Don't use oils, soaps or wax products to clean the bamboo floor.
To remove glue deposits uses undiluted methylated spirits
